My Story

My career started in the kitchen. I’m a Johnson & Wales–trained chef, and years in culinary leadership taught me discipline, timing, and how to take care of people.

For the last six years, my work has been heavy on the operations side: standardizing how things get done, building training and systems, and making them hold up across more than 100 locations and about $15 million in operational scope. That’s where I learned how businesses really run, and where the little problems nobody notices start costing money.

I’ve also seen what happens when there’s no process. Schedules fall apart, new hires get thrown in without training, and the owner ends up doing everything. Small business owners work just as hard as any big company, but they rarely get that level of support. So in 2026 I started Priorities Operations Group to bring it to them.

I have a real passion for optimization and for making people’s lives easier. That’s the hospitality side of me speaking. It’s also why I love building employee engagement programs, because giving back to your team is one of the surest ways to build a more successful business.

Today I pair that experience with AI tools like Grok, so I can build faster and more precisely. I create custom websites, from employee training platforms and standards logs to fun ones like an employee celebration lottery, along with operations reviews and custom tools built around how your team actually works. I recently helped a multi-location food service team create cycle menus that upload easily into their company menu system and arrive ready for a dietitian’s signature.

I’m based in Dallas–Fort Worth and work with clients wherever they are. I was also recognized in Influential Women of 2026 magazine.
